SCALLOPED POTATOES 'N WIENERS 
10-15 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 onion
Salt
Pepper
1 pkg. wieners, cut into bits

WHITE GRAVY:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk

Arrange layer of potato slices in bottom of pan, sprinkle onions, salt, and pepper, some wiener bits, then add another layer of potatoes, onions, salt, pepper, and wieners. Continue until you run out. Set aside and then make white gravy.

Melt butter, add flour, stir for 2-3 minutes then add milk, stir until thick. Pour gravy over the potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
