SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 slices bread
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1 egg
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Enough canned milk to moisten

Grate bread in food processor with garlic. Mix with remaining ingredients and roll into balls. Fry in hot oil; drain.

SAUCE:

1 onion
3 pods garlic
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. oregano

Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients. Drop in meatballs. Cook and simmer for 1 to 2 hours. Serve over spaghetti noodles.
