SPAGHETTI & HERB MEATBALLS 
2 (6 oz.) tomato paste
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 qt. tomato juice
Clove garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. anise seed
1 bay leaf
Sm. onion, chopped

Combine above items in large Dutch oven. Bring to boil - medium heat. Reduce and simmer uncovered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. 1/2 lb. pork sausage 1/2 c. cracker crumbs 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. anise seed

Combine above items and mix well. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Cook over medium heat until brown, drain. Add meatballs to sauce and simmer 30 to 45 minutes. Remove bay leaf. Serve over spaghetti. Serves 8.
