SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS 
1 lg. can tomato juice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 lbs. ground beef
4 eggs
5 slices bread, shredded
2 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper
2 sm. yellow onions, sliced (optional)

Place tomato juice and sauce in a large deep pan. Bring to a boil. Mix ground beef, eggs and bread into large bowl. Add salt, pepper and other seasonings. Form into meatballs. Brown in frying pan in 1/2 inch of oil. Turn. Place meatballs in sauce, simmering for 3-4 hours. Cook spaghetti and place on serving tray. Serve sauce and meatballs in separate dishes also. Garnish with grated cheese.
