SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

3/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley
1 sm. clove garlic
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

SAUCE:

3/4 c. chopped onion
1 sm. clove garlic
2 tbsp. bacon grease
2 (28 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, coarsely blended
2 sm. cans tomato paste
1 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1 bay leaf

Brown onion and garlic in bacon grease. Stir in remaining sauce ingredients. Combine all meatball ingredients and mix together well. Form into balls and drop into sauce. Simmer, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over spaghetti and top with Parmesan cheese.
