RELISH - DO NOT COOK 
3-4 lg. carrots
8 med. onions
2 lg. heads cabbage
9 red mangos
9 green mangos
1/2 c. coarse salt
2 tbsp. celery seed
3 pts. vinegar
2 tbsp. ground mustard
Dash red pepper
2 pts. sugar

Put carrots, onions, cabbage and mangos through food grinder (coarse blade). Mix well with salt. Let stand 2-3 hours. Drain well. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix real well. Can and seal.
