GARLIC HERB CREAM CHEESE 
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. summer savory
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Whipping cream or milk (a touch to soften)

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer. Mound or shape and chill. This should be made a day ahead and served with crackers. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
