CHINESE BEEF 
Round steak, cut in thin strips

Mix together and pour over meat: 2 tsp. cornstarch 4 tsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. wine 1/4 c. oil

Marinate at least 1 hour. Drain beef and cook in 2 tablespoons oil for 1/2 hour. Meanwhile cut 2 green peppers and 2 tomatoes in bite- size pieces. Chop 2 stalks celery. Thinly slice: 1 scallion 1 can Chinese vegetables

Put vegetables in pan, cook 5 minutes. Add beef and cook for 10 minutes more.

SAUCE IF DESIRED:

1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix together, heat, pour over dish.
