CHINESE HAMBURGER 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, diced
1 c. diced celery
1 c. rice (uncooked Minute Rice)
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cans water
Chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger, onion, celery for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and pour in casserole dish. Cover with chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
