CHINESE HAMBURGER 
1 lb. hamburger
3 med. onions
1 c. diced celery
1 1/4 c. water
Salt & pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 med. can chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger and diced onions. Combine remaining ingredients and 30 minutes at 350 degrees, covered. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more. Sprinkle with 1 can of chow mein noodles. 15 minutes more. Can be frozen, but omit noodles until ready to heat. Serves 12.
