CHINESE HAMBURGER 
2 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. butter
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
1 can bean sprouts, drained (1/2 lb. fresh)

Brown onions and celery in butter. Brown hamburger. Add rice. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a 9x13 pan. Add onion and celery hamburger-rice mixture. Bake at 350 F. 1 hour. 1/2 hour covered and the last 1/2 hour uncovered. Serve on dry Chinese noodles.
