CHINESE HAMBURGERS 
3 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
6 scallions, chopped
2 well beaten eggs (opt.)
2 boxes Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Shells
Sesame seed

Fry meat; drain off fat. Add scallions, sugar, flour and eggs (optional); mix well. Flatten out shells very thin. Cut into fourths.

Take 1/4 shell; add meat mixture. Fold ends and dip in seed. Hamburgers can now be frozen until ready to use or placed in oven and baked at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
