CHINESE HAMBURGER 
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 lbs. hamburger
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 sm. can chow mein noodles

Cook celery, onion, and hamburger. Drain off grease. Add mushroom soup, rice, soy sauce, and peas. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Add chow mein noodles and bake 10 minutes longer.
