CHINESE SLICED BEEF 
1/2 c. julienne cut carrots
1/2 c. diced celery (1/2 inch dices)
1 medium onion, sliced
1 c. frozen peastsp. soy sauce
1 (32 oz.) pkg. Banquet gravy and sliced beef frozen heat and serve buffet

Hot rice

Place carrots, celery, and onion in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and place in a 2 quart oblong baking dish. Add frozen peas and soy sauce. Remove frozen gravy and sliced beef from foil tray and place into baking dish on top of vegetables. Heat in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes. Separate beef slices and stir gravy and vegetables. Heat additional 15 minutes until bubbly. Serve with hot rice. Makes 6 servings.
