BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. & 2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. blueberries

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter

GLAZE:

1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
Add water 2 tbsp. at a time until desired consistency is reached

Grease two layer 9 x 1/2 inch pans or one 9 x 13 inch. Mix all ingredients except blueberries, under bread category until moistened (1/2 minute). Carefully stir in blueberries. Spread 1/2 the batter into pans. Sprinkle topping, pour the rest of the batter over the top. Bake until wooden pick inserted comes out clean, 45-50 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool slightly, drizzle glaze on top.
