BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
4 tbsp. unsalted butter
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
2/3 c. granulated sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 pt. fresh or 3 c. frozen blueberries

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 or 9 inch square glass or nonstick baking dish.
