BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch salt
2 c. blueberries or 1 1/2 c. frozen ones

Mix sugar, shortening and eggs. Stir in milk and sifted dry ingredients. Blend in berries. Put into greased 9x13 pan.

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar or more
2/3 c. flour
Dash of cinnamon
1/2 c. soft butter

Combine ingredients and sprinkle on batter. Bake about 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
