BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. fresh blueberries or 1 3/4 c. frozen
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix 3/4 cup sugar, shortening, and egg. Stir in milk and the sifted 2 cups flour, baking powder, and salt. Blend in berries. Put in greased 9x13 inch pan.

Mix 1 cup sugar, 2/3 cup flour, butter, and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
