BLUEBERRY BUCKLE COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries, well drained

Combine first 3 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients; blend well.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. soft butter

Mix together and sprinkle on top of batter. Bake in 9 x 9 or 10 x 10-inch pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
