CHERRY OR BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can blueberry or cherry pie filling

Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in vanilla. Sift together the flour and baking powder and blend in well. Spread 2/3 dough in greased 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 1" jelly roll pan. Cover with the can of pie mix. Spoon remaining batter on top and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
