POLISH COFFEE CAKE | |
1 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 2 eggs 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sour cream Topping: 1/2 c. white sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. nuts 1/2 c. cherries Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Add sour cream and vanilla. Beat well. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan and swirl topping and blend into batter. Bake in 350°F oven for 45 minutes. |
