POLISH CHEESE CAKE 
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder

Mix dough mixture; spread on sides and bottom of 9 x 10 inch pan.

FILLING:

Drain thoroughly 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, then spread on crust.

CHEESE TOPPING:

2 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar

Mix cheese until smooth, then gradually add sugar, milk and other ingredients. Beat until smooth, then pour over filling with serving spoon and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Cool, then refrigerate.
