YUMMY POTATO SOUP 
1 lb. bacon
2 cans mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. milk
Onion, chopped
8-10 potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Cheddar cheese, grated

Fry 1 pound bacon until crisp, set aside, leave 2 tablespoons bacon drippings in frying pan. Saute chopped onions. Set aside.

Peel and cut potatoes into chunks. Cook potatoes until half soft. Drain water off and add mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, sauteed onions and a few small pieces of bacon. Cook until done.

Break bacon into bits. Pour soup (the potatoes should still be in chunks, but soft) into bowls. top with Cheddar cheese and sprinkle generously with bacon. Enjoy. Great for cold winter days!
