LORI'S PINEAPPLE STUFFING 
1/2 lb. butter
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 oz. can crushed pineapple with syrup
10 slices cubed white bread

Cream together butter and sugar. Beat eggs into mixture, one at a time. Add pineapple. Fold into bread. Pour combined mixture into buttered casserole. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

DIETITIAN'S NOTE:

In order to achieve the desired results do not substitute for the sugar or eggs. butter would work fine instead of butter and crushed pineapple "in it's own juice" will reduce the calories some.
