JUSTINE'S TACO SALAD | |
2 lbs. hamburger 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing 1/3 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing 2-3 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans or kidney beans 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. shredded cheese 1-2 head lettuce 2-3 tomatoes 0 carton sour cream 2 pkgs. taco chips or corn chips 1-2 jars taco sauce (hot and/or mild) Brown hamburger with taco seasonings; drain grease. Put into crock pot; add dressings, beans and 1 package cheese. Cook on low all day (8 hours) or all night. When ready to eat shred lettuce, chop tomatoes, and crunch chips. Layer: lettuce, meat sauce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, taco sauce and chips. |
