RHUBARB PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1 egg
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 c. milk
4 c. rhubarb
2 unbaked pie shells

Stir together the sugar, flour, salt and egg. Next, mix melted butter and milk. Mix rhubarb and mixture all together and pour in unbaked pie shells. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn back to 350 degrees for 30 minutes. With other fruits, use less sugar.
