STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PIE 
1 pt. strawberries, hulled, washed, and halved
2 c. rhubarb, cut in 1 inch pieces
2 tbsp. butter, cut into bits
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
Pie crust

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well. Sift flour and sugar; add to other ingredients. Line 9 inch pie pan with pastry. Spoon in filling. Cover with top crust or lattice. Bake 30-40 minutes.
