CREAM RHUBARB PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell in 9" pan
2 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut fine
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
1 c. coffee cream
Pinch of salt

Mix sugar, flour, cream and salt. Pour into unbaked shell. Put cut rhubarb on top. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer or until set like custard.
