NO EGG CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. cold water
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Stir together until smooth the first 5 ingredients. Add the other 4 ingredients and beat well. Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Frost as desired when cool.
