3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
2 c. cold water
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix ingredients in order and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees in 9x13 greased and floured pan 30-40 minutes. Frost with your favorite frosting.
