2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cocoa
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Mix all ingredients until well blended in bowl. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
