NO-EGG CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. (liquid) shortening
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cold water
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Then add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan.
