1 pkg. beef stew meat approx. 1 lb.
2 to 3 med. potatoes
2 to 3 carrots
1/2 onion
Shredded cabbage if desired
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 can tomato soup

Place all ingredients in slow cooker while you go to church or bake approximately 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
