CHURCH WINDOWS
12 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
10 1/2 oz. miniature marshmallows
powdered sugar or flaked coconut or ground nuts

You will also need waxed paper.

Melt chocolate chips and butter together in a double boiler or in a microwave; stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Add nuts and marshmallows to the chocolate mixture. Stir until the marshmallows are evenly coated.

Use 2 or 3 pieces of waxed paper, about 18-inches long. Sprinkle powdered sugar or coconut or nuts in a wide strip, lengthwise down the center of each paper. Spoon the chocolate mixture down the center of the paper and roll back and forth to coat all sides of the chocolate log. Wrap firmly with the waxed paper. Chill until firm.

Slice to about 1/4-inch thick just before serving. Keep refrigerated. Multi-colored marshmallows can be used to give a stained glass effect.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
