EGGS AND SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 box seasoned croutons
1 lb. mild breakfast pork sausage links
3/4 lb. grated cheese like champagne cheese, German butter cheese or Graddost
4 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Grease 9x12 inch pan. Pour in croutons. Cook and drain sausage and cut into bite-size pieces. Mix milk, eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl. Layer sausage over croutons. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Pour egg mixture over everything. Bake until golden in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serves 9-12. May use a can of cream of mushroom soup as an optional sauce.
