SAUSAGE CHEDDAR QUICHE 
9 inch pie crust
1 lb. hot sausage
4 oz. mushrooms
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. basil
Dash garlic
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
2 eggs or Eggbeaters
Paprika

Cover quiche dish with crust. Bake 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Cook sausage and drain. Combine next 7 ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into shell, top with cheese. Combine milk and eggs, beating until foamy. Pour over cheese; sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
