SALMON FRITTERS 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 c. (lg. can) drained salmon
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Drop by teaspoon into hot fat (375 degrees) until browned.
