QUICK ONION SOUP 
4 lg. onions, diced fine
5 cans Campbell's beef consomme
1 tsp. garlic powder
Beef bouillon

Fill a 10-quart soup pot with water and bring to a rolling boil. Add onions and boil 20-30 minutes, skim foam from surface. Add beef consomme and garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add bouillon to taste. Ladle in soup bowls over Mozzarella cheese and croutons.
