LEFSE 
3 c. potato flakes
1 c. Carnation dry milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
3 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. flour

Melt one stick butter in 3 cups hot water. Pour over the dry ingredients. Mix and let cool before adding 1 1/2 cups flour. Knead and form into balls. Roll out on floured pastry cloth and bake on a lefse grill. This recipe can be doubled or tripled.
