5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Crisco

Bring to boil milk and Crisco and pour over flour mixture. Mix using as little flour as possible roll thin. Bake on grill. Place baked lefse on a towel and cover with another towel to keep moist.
