NORWEGIAN NO CRUST APPLE PIE 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. apples, diced
1 tsp. vanilla or 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients. Grease well 2 (8 inch) pie pans. Divide and spread in each pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
