ONE CRUST APPLE PIE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. flour
2 c. apples, sliced
1 unbaked pie shell

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, salt, spices and flour; mix well. Add apples. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into apple mixture. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees until apples are done. It makes its own meringue.
