NORWEGIAN NO-CRUST APPLE PIE | |
2 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/8 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts 2 c. diced apples 1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients. Grease well two 8-inch pie pans. Divide the batter and spread in pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can serve with ice cream or whipped cream. Divide recipe in half for 1 pie. |
