2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pinch salt

Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Add vanilla, lemon juice, salt, soda and cinnamon. Beat one minute. Add apples, nuts and flour. Mix well. Place in large cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
