NOODLE STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onions
1 qt. tomato juice
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. crushed garlic
3 c. egg noodles
1 c. sour cream

Saute hamburger, onions in Dutch oven until brown, pour rest of fat, stir in tomato juice and rest of ingredients. Bring to boil, add noodles, continue to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Then stir in sour cream. Do not boil. Serve hot.
