UGLY DUCKLING CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail including juice

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/3 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Blend cake ingredients then beat on medium for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

For the topping: Mix ingredients and bring to a boil in a saucepan. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, add coconut. Spoon over top of cake.
