UGLY DUCKLING PUDDING CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. Jello lemon pudding, instant
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail with syrup
1 c. coconut
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar

Blend all ingredients except brown sugar and nuts. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with nuts and brown sugar.

Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes; cool. Ice with Butter Glaze.

BUTTER GLAZE:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Combine ingredients. Boil for 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup coconut.
