CHEESY POTATOES 
1 bag Ore Ida hash browns (completely thawed)
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 soup can milk
8 oz. sour cream (I use almost 16 oz.)
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. minced onions
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together in oblong baking dish. Cover with 2 cups crushed corn flake crumbs and 1 1/4 sticks butter (melt and pour over crumbs). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
