Sausage
Biscuit mix

Crumble sausage in skillet, brown lightly. Drain. Mix a 8 to 10 ounce package of biscuit mix as directed. Roll out to desired thickness, spread sausage over mix evenly. Roll up and slice to desired thickness. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 6 to 8.
