STRAWBERRY MILE-HIGH PIE 
2 egg whites, room temp.
1 sm. box frozen strawberries, separated but not completely thawed
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 graham cracker pie crust

1. Combine egg whites and strawberries in large mixer bowl. Beat 20 minutes, start slowly! Before the last 5 minutes, gradually add 1 cup of granulated sugar. Add 1/2 cup at a time, beating after each addition.

2. In a separate bowl beat 1/2 pint whipping cream. Fold whipping cream into above mixture. Pour into graham cracker pie crust.

3. Garnish with graham cracker crumbs or fresh, whole strawberries.

4. Place in freezer IMMEDIATELY. Let freeze 1 day or overnight.
